Tayto Golden Wonder Acquire Birmingham Based Red Mill

Tayto Golden Wonder today announced its second acquisition in four months with the purchase of Birmingham based Red Mill Snack Foods Ltd.

As the third biggest crisp and snack business in the UK, this acquisition takes the family-owned Group from £15m turnover to more than £150m in six years of managed growth.

Tayto Announce Acquisition of Welsh Based Real Crisps

Northern Ireland headquartered Tayto Group today announced another addition to their portfolio of companies with the acquisition of Sirhowy Valley Foods, who manufacture designer hand-cooked crisps and vegetable chips at Newport, Gwent, under the Real Crisps brand.

The deal underpins Tayto’s position as the third biggest crisp company in the UK, taking the Group from £15m turnover to over £100m in six years of accelerated growth and paving the way for further expansion into the designer hand-cooked crisp and vegetable chip market.

Tayto Announce Acquisition of Golden Wonder Business

The Northern Ireland based Tayto Group has announced the acquisition of the Golden Wonder manufacturing facility at Scunthorpe and the Golden Wonder Brands including Golden Wonder and Golden Skins crisps, Golden Lights and Ringos, from Kroll’s Corporate Advisory & Restructuring Group.

The deal secures all 335 jobs in the Scunthorpe plant and 21 jobs in administration, finance and sales in the Market Harborough head office in addition to the 195 jobs saved at the Corby site.

This takes the company from £15m turnover to £100m in five years of accelerated growth.

Tayto Group Announce Acquisition of Part of Golden Wonder Ltd

TAYTO GROUP ACQUIRES PART OF GOLDEN WONDER LTD

CTO Holdings Ltd, an affiliate company of the Tayto Group, has confirmed the acquisition of the Pringles’ Minis part of the Golden Wonder Ltd business from the Administrators, Kroll.

Stephen Hutchinson, Managing Director of Tayto and a director of CTO Holdings Ltd, described the purchase of the Corby property and the acquisition of the Pringles’ Minis manufacturing business as a major boost to the growth plans of the company.
